First time using McGee for service. Needed an emergency motor a few months ago and they were great kevin?? TJ just serviced both units for the winter and was outstanding. I will use them going forward. FYI I was a loyal customer for 10 yrs before I left for McGee!!!
Doug came to work on our unit to make sure it’s running as it should, just a check up. Doug took his time and looked everything over thoroughly! Happy about that as I’d rather him take his time than rush on to the the next call.
Air conditioner went out at bedtime last night. Thankfully it was cool and I called first thing this morning which is Sunday. Dylan B. Called me back within an hour and said he could be here in an hour. This being Sunday and I have church responsibilities Dylan agreed to come after lunch. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. Fast, friendly and affordable service ON A SUNDAY! Happy Mcgee customers here.
