Have visited this nail salon plenty of times in the past. Hadn’t been in a few months. Went back today to get my acrylics removed and to just get a manicure and pedicure. The young man there was wonderful and very friendly. He was the reason I left a $10 tip, because both women seemed cold and rude. People know when they’re not welcome somewhere and customer service is 85% of the sale, doesn’t matter how good the product is. The other two older ladies who were there while I was there, were treated very friendly. As soon as I walked in to get a Fill-in and Pedicure they went right to work. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails and she did just what I showed her. I will be going back for my next fill-in and pedi. Thanks for the good service. -Slim❤️??
