Had a problem with my desktop and being a computer person myself tried to fix it myself. (Big Mistake) After I got into serious trouble on my own called and talked to Tiffany. She tried to help me over the phone but was unable to fix the problem. Took the desktop in to Tiffany and she diagnosed the problem in about and hour and then proposed a good value solution for me.
