“We had a toilet that was stopped up and called SPL to come out and take a look at our problem on Thursday. They were not able to resolve the problem and said that they thought that it was a septic tank problem and that our septic tank may need draining, therefore we called a septic tank company and they came out on Friday, drain the septic tank, and supposedly snake the toilet and the septic tank area. However, the septic tank company was unable to resolve the problem and was giving us trouble with coming back out and told us to go back to SPL plumbing since they were the first company to come out. We called them on Monday, and they came out on Tuesday and we're quickly able to resolve the problem finding the cause of the clog in the line going to the septic tank which the septic tank company should have found.
