Dealing with this team of people has given me such a headache . First there was a delay i don’t blame them but there was a heavy lack of support in the situation. When we finally got to resolve and got our taxes released 6 months later !!!! We had issue receiving our money!!! Checks were sent not knowing when we were suppose to receive direct deposit . Then missed the delivery and received attitude from the woman in charge of issuing the checks ! She issues another check but wouldn’t provide me with tracking information for the check for whatever reason but complained about having to pay to send it . Unprofessional by all cost !!!!! no support . No calls no text back nothing !!! worst company by far we have had to deal with for our taxes not to mention . We have to file W2s the preparer chose to leave off our return because “you would of received less money that way “

I was very pleased with the results of my return. The associates displayed a high level of professionalism, they made sure they had all information needed to get the process started in a timely manner and they also showed a great deal of care and concern for the way they treated their customers. They made sure I did not leave dissatisfied. I will definitely be recommending all my family and friends to them in the future also I will be doing business year end and year out with them.
