This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a gym. When I first joined, I was so nervous and unsure about being there, but Kerry welcomed me from day one and made me feel so comfortable and like I belonged there. His energy is truly one of a kind and I look forward to going to the gym now because the motivation and encouragement is unmatched. Kerry and Ashley greet me EVERY single time and make sure to cheer me on and push me to my goals. He works well with both men and women when it comes to personal training, and I highly recommend giving him a try if you’re looking for coaching and guidance on your fitness journey.

I had the pleasure of working with Kerry. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to tailor a fitness plan of exercises that would help me obtain my fitness goals. As someone whose new to fitness it can be a little intimidating but Kerry made me feel comfortable and at ease.
