Mark and his colleague were incredibly kind and patient with my almost-10-year-old daughter who was super motivated to have her ears pierced, but also SUPER afraid of needles. We had a posse of sibling and cousin support, but it still took an hour of crisis intervention, inspirational pep talks, patience, trial-and-error creative tactics and strategery, and prayer to walk out of Epic Ink with beautiful, blingy ear lobes AND SHE DID IT! It was a whole team effort, and I was a grateful, emotional mess afterwards (Mark also handled that with amazing grace!) thank you for making the experience a positive lifelong memory for us!

We were treated with kindness as soon as we walked in. Coming from out of town we had a lot of questions, I appreciated how patient the staff were throughout the whole process. Thank you guys so much!
