I can’t recommend Dr. Natalie enough. I’ve struggled with back issues for years and regularly throw my back out, so I’m not new to chiropractic care. In fact, my dad was a chiropractor for over 30 years, which makes me pretty particular about who I trust. After just one visit with Dr. Natalie, my back felt about 80% better.
She adjusts using her hands (not relying on machines), and you can truly feel the difference. Her technique is precise, confident, and incredibly effective. She also takes the time to properly prep you before the adjustment with heat therapy and the rolling table to loosen everything up, which makes the treatment even more impactful.
On top of that, the entire office is warm and welcoming. The staff is so kind, and Stephanie is wonderful to chat with while you’re waiting. It’s clear this is a small business that genuinely cares about its patients.
Finding Dr. Natalie has been such a gift. If you’re dealing with back pain, don’t hesitate, she’s exceptional!

Many of us place an over abundance of strain on our bodies, and by the time our bodies tells us it doesn't like it we are too far gone to really enjoy relief from wellness programs. Turning Point is a place where you can feel like it's never too late to find relief. I can't remember going to many facilities where you can find such diverse forms of treatments. I can honestly say their operation may come in a small package (building wise) but the offer a big surprise of treatments to keep you going.

Dr. Qiao is the best acupuncturist I have ever seen. The first time I was treated, I had severe pain in my back, neck, stomach, and knees. I could not lay on my back. Dr. Qiao worked his magic. My back pain level went from 10 to 5. I now sleep on my back for the first time in 20 years!!! My knees are no longer painful, and my stomach has much-needed relief.
