I'm so grateful that I received a massage last week. Rachel's energy is very light and healing. Her touch is soothing. She's super attentive and well versed in different modalities. I really like that she listens and is a great communicator. These are very important factors when looking for your therapist. I'm about to book another session this week, so I can start this new year healthy, balanced and strong!

The colonic sessions were AMAZING! I no longer crave sugar or have hunger cravings which gives me an energy boost beyond high and I even stop drinking/eat anything that have a lot of sugar in it such as: soda and desserts ect. This experience forced me to adopt a new eating life style which I love. Thank you again Rachel I will be returning for the message and sauna next. See you soon.

I was warmly greeted by the therapist, Marcus upon arriving and as soon as I walked in the door. I felt warm calming energy and knew I was in good hands. The colonic room was top tier and very relaxing. I would highly recommend at least a 3 series colonic. Well worth the investment and my body feels 100% improvement.
