I made my appointment online, and had to pay an extra $5 because I had a Groupon. The morning of my appointment I received an e-mail from Kenyatta saying my appointment time had been changed from 1:30 to 2:30. I called and left a voicemail stating I needed to keep my original appointment time and I would be there at 1:30. When I get there, the receptionist tells me she had just taken someone back. Excellent Service with Kenyata Woods at Rejuvenate Wholistic Wellness. Loved my massage and left feeling great. I would definitely recommend visiting her establishment.

I bought a Groupon back in February. Scheduled an appointment for March as I was told that all therapists were booked until then. Received a text message the day of my appointment stating that it was cancelled due to my therapist having a "lower back strain". It took two weeks of back and forth calling to actually get someone on the phone to reschedule. Again, I had to schedule an appointment for April (the following month) at the Camp Creek location. This apparently "new" location is in a run down business complex at the end of a dead end road. Sketch central!
