I’m not going to bash because I actually thought she was a very nice lady. Beautiful Senegambian woman. We walked in with no appointment and she happily accepted. She stopped to pray twice so I was very pleased with her character. The price was also reasonable. My complaint was the lack of professionalism. My daughter is 11 years old. She had my daughter blow dry her own hair when I have paid for a service. Our usual Braider wasn’t available and I was cool with paying $180 although we’re used to paying $160 and giving a $20 tip. She was also extremely rough and the comb on the blow dryer needs to be replaced. I watched her literally yanking my baby girl hair out.... read full review

Just the facts.FIRST EXPERIENCE- Called ahead, "available", requested specific style, quoted price- Arrived, owner charged higher price than phone quote, changed style to match quoted price- Braids were neat but cut my own hair in trimming process- 1hr 45min to completeSECOND EXPERIENCE- Called ahead, requested same style received on first experience, "available", "come in for price"- Arrived, "braider on the way"- Waited 1hr for service = "I'll come back another time", left- Owner followed me... read full review

Rama is amazing!! She is the only one I will allow to do my hair and Fatou of course. However, there was one person doing hair in the shop that did not have a mask on. If the customers have to have masks, so should the workers. COVID-19 is real!!!
