I had experience A follow up visits with a Dr Ashley L McCann, she late seeing me then she come in room SHE WAS RUDE NASTY ATTITUDE SHE ON HER IPHONE THE ENTIRE VISITS.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.. I never want to see her again or experience it's again.. She lie Bout my diagnosis SHE PRESCRIBED ME WRONG MEDICATION. WHEN I check her bout me receiving wrong meds she want to get hostile. Like I told her find you something safe to do .

my disappointment and frustration with the ongoing lack of communication and inadequate care I’ve received from my primary care provider Nicole Camille Ash-Mapp at Grady Hospital.
My concerns began with my recent annual physical. After my visit, I was only provided results for a few tests, despite having a full physical exam completed. I had to follow up and request that my provider rewrite a prescription just so I could return to have additional blood work done to complete the physical properly.
After finally receiving more test results, my doctor contacted me but was unaware of my glucose levels—an important part of a physical. She asked me to send her the lab results myself because she couldn’t locate them in the system. I sent them as requested, and since then, I’ve heard nothing back.
To make matters worse, I have been trying to get a refill for my prescription through My Chart which I have already run out of. I first made the request on June 9, and I continue to receive only generic messages stating that the request has been forwarded to the physician and someone will get back to me within 48 hours. It is now well past that time frame, and I have yet to hear from anyone.
This experience has been incredibly disappointing. I expected timely communication, proper medical attention, and follow-through—none of which I’ve received. I made a huge mistake thinking this place would provide decent medical attention

My daughter’s pediatrician Reasor is amazing, very sweet & informative! The lady, if I recall correctly she’s an older lady & her name is “Evaughn” she checked my daughters weight, height & etc. today before seeing Ms. Reasor, she is a problem. She’s rude & passive aggressive! I would love to keep going back for Ms. Reasor but I don’t want my daughter in that environment getting checked by someone with negative energy like hers.

Clean and fresh smelling. Parking facility is nice. Make sure to have some time available for pharmacy as it’s token ticket system and always few people in line but seating is plenty . TV keeps playing loud for no reason (just saying ) .

Switched from the Decatur location to this one and it’s so much better I never have to wait. My 4 month old baby is seen by the sweetest doctor, Joya Reasor! All of the staff are nice and helpful I appreciate you guys so much. <3
