I had Rainman Roofing replace the roof on my home in Ellijay a few months ago, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Jason Newman and his team did an excellent job from start to finish.
My roof is fairly complex, with multiple dormers and several vertical wall transitions. The previous roof installation had been done incorrectly, particularly around the flashing details, which led to water intrusion and rot around some of those areas. I had very specific requirements for the replacement, including complete removal and replacement of the step flashing.
Jason took the time to understand my concerns, answered my questions, and was willing to coordinate with my painting & siding contractor to accommodate the details that were important to me. The workmanship was excellent, the project was completed professionally, and their pricing was competitive.
If you're looking for a roofing contractor who pays attention to details and is willing to do the job correctly, I would not hesitate to recommend Jason and Rainman.

Jason was very quick to respond to my call. He sent Kyle out very quickly to assess my soffit repair issue. His price was very reasonable and when the job extended into further roof repair he gave me a nice break on the costs. Kyle who did the repair work was very professional, showed up on time and just a really nice young man. would not hesitate to recommend them foe a big or small job.

We were under contract to purchase a log home in Ellijay. RainMan roofing did an outstanding and thorough inspection of the roof and found defects that were not noted by a home inspector. Had we not engaged RainMan we would have incurred a major expense to replace the roof. We had to terminate the contract. RainMan was very thorough, prompt, and professional. I would definitely use them for repairs and or replacement.

It was time for a new asphalt roof, and I was also contemplating replacing a metal porch roof. Jason gave a comprehensive report of the current roof, complete with aerial photos. He even came up with an alternative idea for the partial metal roof that was far more economical than replacement. Communication with him before the work was great. Once the work started, he was on-site all day. I highly recommend RainMan Roofing.
