I haven't had any tattoos done here, but when I got my piercings done, they're always on point. Just make sure you look long and hard at the dot they place for guidance. I don't like how you have to pay first, and then there is a no refund policy. That makes no sense to me, only because I may not like something and want to back out. But to each, it's own. They do listen to you and give you what you ask for even if they suggest otherwise.
They pierced my belly button and the woman was really friendly. They did a couple of tattoos for people I know. Very informative, friendly, and understanding. Great and quality work.
