“I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Just Because Floral and Gifts. I live in Fort Valley but was commuting to the VA Medical Center in Dublin when I decided, somewhat last minute, to get a bouquet of roses for a client’s daughter who was turning 21. Her mom had mentioned she was stressing about making the birthday feel special, and I wanted to help in a small way.
From the moment I called, the woman who answered the phone was incredibly polite, patient, and genuinely kind while answering my questions. They were able to put together a beautiful bouquet of roses within just a couple of hours while I was at my appointment. I picked them up right after and delivered them the same day.
When I arrived at the store, both staff members were professional, welcoming, and clearly cared about what they do. The arrangement was stunning and exactly what I had hoped for.
If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I’ll absolutely be recommending Just Because Floral and Gifts to family and friends in the area. They truly represent what a florist should be; talented, efficient, and compassionate.”
