Very pleased with my experience with this company! Answered my calls came out when they said they would explained everything they needed to do and as they did it. Also very friendly great customer service! No one wants to deal w having their septic tank pumped but they got the job done efficiently so that we could get on with our day! 3/1/23

Great job! We called on Thursday afternoon to have our septic tank pumped and were told it would probably bbe Monday, but just after lunch Friday, they called and said they were on the way. They were quick but thorough, explaining each step of the process before replacing the dirt on the tank. Highly recommend!Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair

Recently moved and had some plumbing work done. Those guys messed up another toilet in the process but couldn't figure out how to fix it. Called American and John responded.
