I was trying to get my contact prescription from the Northpoint Visionworks location for a few days. That was always the location I went to. One person I talked to was helpful and nice, but the second person I talked to was slightly rude and unhelpful, she stated she couldn’t give me my prescription even though I should’ve been able to get it.
I called Janay at the Dunwoody store and she was extremely helpful! I was able to get my prescription without any problem and Janay went above and beyond! I will always go to this Visionworks from now on because of their customer service and ability to help customers. Janay is amazing!
April and Xavier got me right they were super sweet when I went in and got me out within 20-30 mins very quick and pleasant service definitely highly recommend this location and the workers here:)
This is the first time I've ever went to Visionworks after 33 years of wearing glasses, and it was a ridiculously AWESOME experience! The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and attentive. Because I went on Saturday (I HATE taking off time from work for appointments if I can help it, and was stoked that they had Saturday appointments), I had to do a virtual eye exam, which up until today I've never heard of. There is a staff member that takes you through the gauntlet of different exams that someone needs to be there for, and at the end you do a video call with an optometrist who can remotely control the machine and can confirm on the spot...read full review
