I’ve been going to Rest, Relax, and Rewind for several years. Scheduling is easy and I’ve never had a better deep tissue massage! Stephanie is a pleasure to work with and is always improving the facility with new services and technology.
I highly recommend Rest Relax and rewind spa in Dunwoody I had multiple massages by Stephanie and it was so wonderful for my back and neck issues. She is excellent. I also had the new Full Body Optimization treatment that was great. The spa is lovely and my entire experience from start to finish was awesome .
I have been doing Fascia Blasting for a while now and see amazing results!! I have now added the Exopod and see even more results! This place is amazing and Stephanie is great to work with! Would definitely recommend!
