I am very pleased with my experience with Koala Insulation. From Brandy answering the phones to everyone on the team who does the quotes all the way to installation I have nothing but good things to say. The communication was excellent, timeliness was on point, and the job was done to my satisfaction. I absolutely recommend.
We had a mothball smell in our attic and home. I reached out to Koala and within 2 days we had an appointment for them to remove and replace insulation in our attic. They went above and beyond. The guys were very professional and made sure everything was clean when they left. They even sent someone within a week to repair minor damage to our attic door.
