I’ve had 3 facials at this location and they’ve all been great. Everyone is really friendly from the moment you get there. My favorite so far is Bella, but I plan to give the other therapists a try. She asked me my routine, what I’d like to improve, and made suggestions on treatments she thought would get me toward my end goal. Bella also explained how Heyday facials are different from spas. I like that it’s not a lot of steam and water constantly running because I could really relax and even fell asleep(and I think began to snore, sorry!) Give Heyday a try for your next facial.
This is an update :
I initially had a frustrating experience when I drove a long distance to the Dunwoody location around 5 PM and found the store closed, even though the website listed the closing time as 7 PM. However, I want to recognize how professionally the situation was handled afterward. Katy, the Operations Manager, personally reached out, apologized for the inconvenience, arranged for the product I wanted (Moon Juice Acid Potion) to be left at the front desk for pickup, and even extended a 50% discount to make up for the inconvenience.

I was a little hesitant to come in because I have sensitive skin and was worried about how my face would react, but I could not be more thrilled with the service. Twila was so knowledgeable and helpful and made me feel so comfortable. Also, a plus size girly, I was worried about how comfortable the setup would be, but I was pleasantly surprised with how sturdy and comfortable the table setup was. I was so impressed, I signed up for the monthly membership and can’t wait to come back!
