Been coming to this location since they opened and were sorely disappointed in our one hour foot massage today. The management doesn’t care they gave me an uncomfortable half hearted sorry. I should not have had to pay for my husband’s massage. Decilia shouldn’t be a massage therapist nor have contact with clients. She is rude and told my husband he has big feet like steel when he requested more pressure. When booking the appointment I had clearly stated two of us want light pressure and one of us needs heavy pressure. They assured me everyone is capable and it was truly horrible for him. After Decilia spoke so rudely to him I couldn’t relax and enjoy my massage either. Walked away frustrated at the inept service after paying $200. Not recommending or going here again.

It wasn’t the best experience. The massage was boring, the water stayed luke warm and when I asked to add hot water she only added more luke warm water. She kept placing my leg back on the wet towel, she only massaged my leg and rarely my actual feet. And the foot bath was in a bucket🫠 I received better foot massages during a spa pedicure at a nail shop. I was disappointed for the price I paid for 90 minutes.

This place is exactly what I would want in a foot massage place. It is extremely clean, almost like a new doctors office. Everything is bustling around Dunwoody and this shopping center but once you are inside Heavenly, time stops and it's all about relaxation. Amazing staff and wonderful local small business owners.

I have been a regular customer for about 4 years at the Alpharetta location. Today I decided to drive 15 minutes longer and try the Dunwoody location. The massage was great, but the receptionist Angel was rude and ignorant over the phone. When I arrived I told him that I wasn’t pleased at all with the booking conversation and he absolutely ignored me. He was not talking clearly on the phone and when I was asking questions he would just stay silent. I asked for the owner or manager’s contact and he refused to answer. He said I only can email them and I did.
