I left one msg already but I will try again. Scott was the person I had my test and paperwork taken care of. Yes, I would recommend Hearing Life very compassionate at the same time doing the test. I did not order any aids at the time because I am in a middle of a move. I can't do both and I have to have a roof over my head and my insurance doesn't pay enough up front. Your company did not harass me in anyway and they would be there when I ready. It's rare in this days and age that the company understood and didn't keep on trying to push me into a situation. That speaks very well for your company.
