I've had a great experience with NutriFit Sports Therapy and working with Paige Love. As a D1 transitioning to the pros, learning how to properly fuel my body has made a huge difference in my performance, energy levels, and recovery. Paige is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and takes the time to create a plan that fits my individual needs and goals. I've learned so much about sports nutrition and feel much more confident in my nutrition choices. Great personalized advice on nutrition. I have an eating disorder plus lots of medical issues including stroke kidney and allergy issues. I have found nothing is beyond the understanding ear and compassionate nature of this extremely knowledgeable detail-oriented nutritionist.
she has coached me through many active goals that include weight management, hiking, yoga, fitness and coaching of racquet sports.
