I bought a set of washer Dryer from this company GE with Warranty on it. I used the washer only once a week/ only one load From August 2024 to July 2025 the washer wouldn't drain. When I contacted GE they asked me to describe the issue, they never come over to fix the washer and they want me to pay somebody $150 just to come and look at it and after to pay more money to fix it. Why I had warranty on it? Nobody came and they leave me with the washer in that condition after I pay for it with all warranty. I wouldn't recommend anybody to deal with this company since they don't keep their words and no customer service at all. All they want is to get rid of... read full review
Mr. Benson is very extremely rude and unprofessional. Will never use this company nor will anyone I know. Hopefully the business will correct this work ethic
