Lynne was friendly, patient, asked questions to understand my needs and clearly communicated my treatment options. I felt at ease going into my first session for removal of hair near my eyebrows

First, the location in Dunwoody was convenient, and parking was plentiful and free, which is a plus in Atlanta. Lynne also offers flexible scheduling including weekend appointments.

Secondly, the setting was clean and well-organized. I filled out a health history assessment form that asked about the areas I wanted to have treated, what previous methods I had used to hide or remove the hair, and questions about other health considerations. Lynne used this info to offer solutions specific to my needs, and to determine if I had any contraindications to treatment. She also explained her sterilization procedures and what I can expect afterwards (post-treatment reaction). I had a little redness, but overall it was minor and worth it for the lasting ‘hair free - care free’ outcome.

It will take several sessions to achieve my goals, and I’m glad to have found this business!“
