A horrible thing happened to me on July 26, 2026. My car was stolen!! About a week later, it was recovered.

The outside of my car was very dirty after a week of joyriding in Atlanta. The inside was another sad story. I’ve never seen a car so dirty! Unfortunately, the windows of my car were left open at the impound lot. And as bad luck would have it, it rained several days and was also in the heat.

There are no words to describe what an ugly mess was happening to my carpet and seats. I thought that was bad until the interior turned into mold, mildew, and thus the SMELL!! About a week after I dropped my car off, I got a call to come pick my car up. I couldn’t believe it!!!

Mike and his crew did an awesome job even though the outside of my car was OK. They washed it for me; it sparkled! And the interior…it looked like a brand new car. And the SMELL? Well…it was almost gone when I picked my car up. A cabin filter took care of the SMELL. Huge shoutout to Erica and Derrick at Detail Tech — absolutely incredible work! My truck is three years old and had never been professionally detailed… it was a complete mess. Between baseball season mud, dirt, and everyday wear, I honestly didn’t think it could look new again.

They somehow got all the baseball grime and ground-in dirt out, and now the truck looks almost brand new. The only imperfections left are a couple things I caused myself and haven’t repaired yet.

He was super responsive, came over and checked out the situation, and answered all my questions. Although I just said we needed the front and middle footwells cleaned, he went above and beyond!
