“It was Easter Sunday and I was driving around looking for a place to wash my car. Mind you after some errands I had this morning I had spilled the frappe on my seat. I am an ex smoker and go to the gym as well as a lot of outdoor activities and sadly I eat in my car which has brought some ant issues. majority of my time eating is out of my car due to work and constant go-go person. When I called he understood what my issues were and he helped me Last minute clean my car and then he also showed me things that I didn’t even know about my car. I had let food apparently get so bad that there was mold Growing under my chairs and how to taught/showed me how to treat it and how to better take care of my car and what type of products to use he was Amazing , best customer service and car detailing ever. “I have a 2013 Lexus that I love and over the years I was always concerned because we didn’t wax it much (I think we did it twice). In early December, had someone clean our driveway and car was parked by the curb. Well he went to power wash the curb and got bleach spots all over the Lexus and then rinsed it. But left residue. Then we did not wash it right away. The stuff stained the paint. I was scrolling on instagram and saw UDK. I called Rahi up and brought in my car. After 10 years of wear and tear, he worked diligently and my car looks AMAZING! I will update this review with pictures soon. I opted for the works since I intend to keep this car for at least 10 more years. After 10 years there are things that are not removable like deep paint chips, and my son stained the seat belt. “I can’t say enough about this company and its owner David. I contacted him regarding a leak in my car. He came out promptly, assessed the situation and worked to find the leak. He has years of experience and knowledge which he used to check multiple possible places that could be leaking. He did everything he could to correct the issue. Spending hours on the project. Then he dried the car and did a mold remediation. Unfortunately after a week it rained and the car was wet again. When I called him he did not miss a beat. He came out again and repeated the process. He is kind, patient and thorough. We thought we had it under control until a year later and boom the car is wet again. It’s a mystery that David is still helping to resolve. To his credit I found out that this particular model is known for leaking and no one can find the problem. That has not stopped David from trying. I can not thank him enough for all the time and effort he has devoted to helping me with this issue. He could have said my work is done here and good luck with that. Even though his business is very busy he has always shown up for me. I can’t recommend this company enough. It’s one thing to be professional and good at what you do. It takes a special person to have the dedication to excellence, caring nature and over and above support of one’s customers. If you need mold remediation or cleaning and detailing at a reasonable cost with a panache of excellence I highly recommend you call this local treasure.“
