The take forever to get back to you. Unable to get a hold of a real person. You leave voicemails and no ones returns your phone calls. They called me to “give my results “ and you better answer otherwise you wont hear back from them. Bad customer service to tell you the truth. Had to called 10 times to get a hold of someone
