I appreciated that she listened to my skin concerns, was not pushy to sell the services, educated me on the limits of the treatments, and gave me time to think about what I wanted to do. I appreciate the fact that she was very realistic about what results to expect. I decided to purchase the promotional package that includes a variety of treatments.
I have tried out a new technician almost every appointment, and every single one of these ladies are wonderful. Very sweet and diligent. Each person is slightly different in how she does the facials and massages, but I always leave relaxed and can visibly see a difference from when I first walk in the door. They communicate with me during the treatments to ensure that I am comfortable, to explain what they are doing, what the machine is used for, and that their hand pressure is appropriate during the facial massages. I am glad that I purchased the package so I could experience the different machines and treatments.
Other than the technicians, the receptionists are always so kind and patient. They are very good at working with you and trying to accommodate your requests.
I highly recommend this medspa. The prices are reasonable compared to other so called luxury spas that do a fraction of what they do at Stella. My skin texture and tone has improved since coming here, and I always look forward to the next appointment.“

The owner did a wonderful job with the shoulder, hair scalp massage as well. She hydrated my skin which was sorely needed. Only reason for 4 stars is that she would pick up the phone during my session, go in and out of the room leaving the door open and didn't wash her hands when she came back in. Hopefully she reads this and can change those few small things! Seems very experienced otherwise.“
