My sibling who lives in another state recommended Vitality Method Studio because their instructor recommended Joel Crosby as a Pilates instructor. I've had a few private sessions with Joel, and wow, this guy is incredible. Lucky for me, he just opened this new studio in Snellville.
For those who aren't too familiar with Pilates, it was invented by Joseph Pilates (From Germany), who was sick as a child and created his own physical training system to improve his strength. He later became a professional boxer and self-defense trainer and eventually moved to the USA and opened his own gym in NYC.

I did a session with Alice I love anytime I get to work with her she is so knowledgeable and passionate about Pilates. She does fantastic work to ensure your growth she makes sure that you have an understanding of the movements. She inspires you to get stronger and she brings out your full potential.
I got into Pilates, thinking I would just give it a try. After a few short weeks, I realized how much it was benefiting me. I lost an inch and a half in my waist and no longer get fatigued after playing a round of golf. And due to the flexibility training, my golf game has improved significantly. Alice has been a great teacher.
