Outstanding Classic Pilates training at this studio. … and much more! Joel is an excellent teacher who knows his craft…it’s hard to find someone who actually knows Classical Pilates and cares about teaching you correct technique so you don’t injure yourself, you actually see and feel the results … His team of teachers are also classically trained.?
Stopped in for a class while visiting family in the area. Joel was amazing. Really good with direction and helping with proper form. It was very clear he is the real deal regarding classical Pilates and understanding the method and body. I wish I was able to go to him consistently. Excellent experience.
My sibling who lives in another state recommended Vitality Method Studio because their instructor recommended Joel Crosby as a Pilates instructor. I've had a few private sessions with Joel, and wow, this guy is incredible. Lucky for me, he just opened this new studio in Snellville.
For those who aren't too familiar with Pilates, it was invented by Joseph Pilates (From Germany), who was sick as a child and created his own physical training system to improve his strength. He later became a professional boxer and self-defense trainer and eventually moved to the USA and opened his own gym in NYC.
