The people who work here are knowledgeable and very pleasant people to with with. Byron helped us with dealing with taxes regarding our deceased family member and Carol was very nice. Kyle Blackburn truly went above and beyond for me in a way I was not expecting. In my first appt to file my taxes, I had several missing documents bc I was filing years of back taxes. He patiently guided me through signing up on the IRS website to figure out exactly what documents I needed when I came back the next time. But since I was not fully prepared he still took time to sit with me and educate me on taxes. We talked for about 2 hours and he was very patient in answering all of my questions.
