Dr. Kim and the Tiger Tails team helped us through an incredibly hard diagnosis and the care of our dog, Phyllis, toward the end of her life. She was so compassionate and clearly cares so much about the animals she treats. She helped us understand the prognosis in a clear and gentle way and made the last few months we had with our girl as comfortable and happy as possible. We consider those months a true gift, and Dr. Kim provided thoughtful options to keep Phyllis comfortable and happy during that time. I cannot thank her and the Tiger Tails team enough.

We absolutely love Dr. Alex and the entire Tiger Tails team. Dr. Alex has provided exceptional care for our dog, Koda, and has been such a steady, compassionate presence as we navigate his medical conditions. She offers clear, realistic guidance while still being deeply empathetic, which has meant more to us than we can say.

She is an excellent listener and takes the time to explain things thoroughly, making sure we truly understand Koda’s care and options. We are especially grateful for how accessible she has been — whether through messaging or quick phone calls — always responsive and supportive with updates or questions.

The vet techs at Tiger Tails are equally wonderful. They are incredibly gentle, attentive, and clearly care deeply about the animals they work with. They have been amazing with Koda, particularly with safely and kindly carrying him during his recent mobility challenges. It’s obvious that Koda feels comfortable and cared for in their hands.

Tiger Tails has been my cats’ vets for years and their excellence continues. Today I took one of my girls for her annual exam and it was extremely informative and easy. Dr. Zack gave me great recommendations on products and made sure all my questions were answered before I left.
I moved to Brookhaven a couple years ago and attempted to switch vets merely for proximity sake, but found that Tiger Tails gives the best care for the best prices, so I drive a little further now and always have peace of mind!
