I hope I’m not saying his name incorrectly, but I’m almost positive it’s Scott. I live in an apartment complex and he came by today and showed me exactly what I need to do to keep the bugs away. He was only supposed to come by and just spray, but he asked if I had any issues and was more than willing to help. Employees like this should be praised because they go over and beyond, and when I tell you, he went beyond what I expected him to do. Thank you so much!!

The technicians that came out great! On time and friendly, and very good at explaining what was going to be done. When they were done, they called us to let us know. They also stop at the next day to drop off one additional thing they didn’t have on the day of service. My complaint is that no one from Terminex has contacted me since to set up my follow up appointment which I was told would be within 2 to 3 days of my original service. It’s been almost a week since my original service and I’m still waiting on a return to the call I place last week. For the amount of money that I spent on the service, I am annoyed that no one has followed up yet.Service: Bed bug extermination
