Tai Ji is a good place to get a massage in Duluth and the rates are reasonable. Coco, the manager, is the most experienced and knowledgeable; Mei and Ella are also favorites. Because of my schedule I'm never sure who I am going to see, but it doesn't matter, it's all good. I don't know if they accommodate walk-in's (probably yes) but I always make an appointment. Different massage techniques are available but I stick with Swedish so can't comment on other offering except to say, these ladies are all STRONG and can make you weep. Good massage but they duped me on the hot stone treatment. I paid $133.90 for a 90 minute deep tissue massage with heat treatment. I didn’t get the hot stone treatment as advertised on the menu board and my session was cut 7 minutes short because 5 minutes in the end are used to cover your changing of clothes. The lady argued that the massage is one or the other. Either you get deep tissue or you get hot stone even though the menu board said “deep tissue with heat treatment” 90 minutes for $120. I was also charged extra $ 10 for oil. TBH I was contemplating making this place my regular once a week spot. If only they can be more honest.
