Patients appreciate the knowledge and compassion of the providers, especially noting the thorough and encouraging approach that helps reduce worries and stress. The clinic has successfully helped patients recover from injuries, such as shoulder issues, with good results and complete recovery. While wait times for regular visits are generally acceptable, there can be longer waits for procedures like surgery. The new receptionist is seen as helpful and a good fit for the team, contributing positively to the overall experience.

He's compassionate, and his hard work is so much appreciated. The staff is very friendly, you can feel a heartwarming welcome every time you step into the room. They did a good job on my husband's shoulder. He recovered completely. Staff nice and didn't have to wait too long for regular visits. Did have to wait a very long time for the surgery as the patient in front of my husband needed more time. Only thing I would suggest is that while it is "rote" for the staff and doctor on what they are about to do at any point, it isn't for the patient or family. Take a few seconds to make sure everyone understands exactly what is going on.
