I had been in a car accident and was frustrated with the wait times at other clinics. When I called the CHMC office, I was treated with kindness and support and offered an appointment the same day. The mood in the office is always upbeat and positive and the staff goes out of their way to make sure you are understanding the treatments and feeling supported.They listened as well as offering solutions. They care about you!
