They take the time to get into the details of things. There was no rush, they were gentle and receptive and gave me a lot of help regarding hairstyling my hair. They've locked in a customer for life!
The director is also top tier.
Sara also gets a perm every time she changes her hair, and it lasts so beautifully over time that she is satisfied every time she gets a perm.
