Milan Laser Hair Removal is a clinic with great offers and professional, friendly staff like Ana and Kamer. Clients appreciate the excellent service and feeling safe during sessions. However, availability can be an issue, with appointments hard to reschedule and often fully booked. Missing an appointment can result in being pushed back a month or more. Despite this, many clients enjoy the location and look forward to their appointments, happy with the results they see.
After spending months considering whether I wanted to commit, I finally took the plunge and had my first consultation with Milan last week! Tatyana explained everything so thoroughly and eloquently and guided me through the process with empathy and compassion! I felt very taken care of and I haven’t even touched the laser yet! My first appointment is today and I’m so excited. ✨✨✨
Making an online Consultation was very easy almost immediately contacted via email and text to confirm. Met with Tatyana and showed me the Facility. After that, we went to a consultation room where she went over procedures. She made me feel comfortable at all times easy to talk.
Had my first procedure 24 hours after consultation really easy first time absolutely no pain which surprised me. The staff is very accommodating and I would absolutely refer them.
I absolutely love the Gwinnett Milan location. The staff is so nice! Tatiana was so sweet and Sunny the nurse was amazing and so thorough and made me feel so comfortable the entire time!! 10/10!!
