Highly disppointing!!!

Massage: Very poor, just a superficial rub over the body instead of a proper massage. The lotion is also of cheap quality.

Time: They waste a lot of time going in & out attending calls, walk in customers, to get warm towels.

Charges and Tips: They dont accept the usual 15-20% tip and instead demand 40-50% which is crazy and on top of it they charge 3$ extra per customer/transaction claiming service charges for using credit card which is unacceptable.

Save your time and go elsewhere!

My Mom gifted me and my husband 1 hour massage each, the massage was great but the ladies that work there are abusive. When we were leaving they asked for a tip and my husband tip them but they didn’t want $10 so they asked for more and I had a $50 Bill so I asked for change and they said “$20 me and $20 her” and gave me back only $10.

I've always gotten a great massage here, no matter which therapist. I can't remember any of their names except Lisa ---- she was fantastic and I'd love to find out where she's moved to. The other ladies were fine but Lisa had an intuition that always led her straight to my problem areas.
