Best la fitness in my opinion. Great people, friendly staff and great workers that keep the place tidy and clean - shoutout to Sabrina, and the rest of the crew keep up the good work. The sauna is one of the best, getting all the way up to 220

Super clean and the staff are very friendly. I’ve been to all the LA fitness around the areas and this is one of the top two cleanest ones. There’s no hair in the drain and no mold in the showers. Thank God. Looks like they’ve changed management and the other reviews do not reflect current status. Highly recommend !

Truly one of my favorite locations in Gwinnett! The staff here is genuinely so inviting and kind from management to custodial staff. Although they all try their best, I’ve witnessed a lot of problems certainly fall on a select few members that tend to ruin things for the rest of us like lack of gym etiquette, cleanliness, returning equipment, etc. Adults should be able to hold themselves accountable with out playing the blame game towards other members or pointing fingers at those that work there. Otherwise, no complaints- Customer service and overall gym experience/equipment here is great. I’ll continue to chose here over my home location any day!
