In late June, just before the Fourth of July, a Georgia heat wave was setting in and our building had become unbearably hot. The AC wasn’t cooling properly, so we called him for a second opinion.
He first came by to inspect the system and understand the building’s layout. Then he went home, did his homework, and returned the next day fully prepared. I didn’t call until 7:15 PM, and Mr. Kim was willing to add me to his schedule (between 10 - 12 at night)! I was so very grateful, because we were leaving for vacation the next morning without our pets. He got the air up and running. He’s my new HVAC guy and I will be doing yearly services from now on. He was very nice and professional.
