I highly recommend just cooling, particularly their technician Isaiah. I had them do a second opinion after another company said my compressor was bad and I needed to replace my entire system. The other guy was there less than an hour. Isaiah comes and spends over an hour investigating the issue and finds there were some burnt wires feeding into the compressor. He orders the kit, comes and installs, and AC is now running perfectly. Can’t overstate the importance of having trustworthy technicians who actually take the time to research the issue and not take the short cut and push a new system on customers when it’s not needed at the time. My technician Phillip was very professional and knowledgeable about what was needed. My AC was fixed in record time. I recommend Just Cooling to anyone for all heating and air conditioning needs.
Tommmy Stamps!!! He was amazing! He fixed what Innovative Comfort Solutions stated was unfixable. They came and said the motor was bad…. We needed a new unit! Tommy came and correctly diagnosed the problem and it was only a RELAY! He did an amazing job and was very very nice throughout the whole process!! Great work!! Very very smart man!!
