This place is just wonderful. When you walk in, you feel the stress melt away. The vibe is calm, and the relaxation room, where you wait on your therapist in your warm, fluffy robe, has snacks, tea, and water. I have seen Cenir a few times, and this therapist is exceptional. Both kindness and deep attentiveness are brought to every session. I feel heard and that the approach is tailored to my needs with care. Her work is consistently outstanding, not just relaxing in the moment, but genuinely restorative. I always leave feeling lighter, better aligned, and renewed when I leave.

This place is amazing. Dylan is so incredibly knowledgeable, talented and professional. If you getting a massage you have to ask for Dylan. Hands down the best masseuse not just here but that I have ever experienced anywhere.

The relaxation room, the amazing mocktails, the facial, the foot soak, and the massage — every single part of my visit was incredible. I so desperately needed the care, and the team delivered above and beyond. They are truly amazing.

Intentional Moments Spa is truly a hidden gem. The moment I walked in, the ambiance set the tone — soft, natural, soothing color palettes and beautifully curated design details everywhere you look. You can instantly tell how thoughtfully the entire space was created. It’s spotless, modern, and calming with clean lines throughout.
My hot stone massage paired with aromatherapy left me feeling like a completely renewed woman. My massage therapist did not disappoint — skilled, attentive, and intentional in every movement.
The relaxation room was the cherry on top… warm, welcoming, and so comfortable I could’ve stayed there all day. And I cannot wait to come back to try the gorgeous salt room — it’s stunning.
If you’re looking for a spa experience that feels luxurious, peaceful, and truly well-designed from start to finish, this is it. Highly recommend.
