Kimberly is amazing. Able to cut your hair anyway that you ask her to. Has great suggestions if you are like me and clueless about what you would like to do with your hair. Will accommodate your schedule. Very personal and makes you feel comfortable the minute you come through the door. I trust her implicitly.

I just had my first ever electrolysis appointment with Teresa. She was amazing! I was so nervous and she made me feel so comfortable. She explained everything and answered all of my questions. The procedure was no where near as painful as I expected it to be. I had an hour long session and i could have kept going even longer. It wasn't bad at all! I did take some ibuprofen beforehand and also applied a numbing cream just in case. I had some redness and swelling right after, but Teresa gave me some ice and that helped a lot. I haven't had any scabbing and My skin feels very smooth. I can't wait to continue this process and see the results eventually. Definitely... read full review
