Set an appointment for my son at 1pm drove up at 12:55 am. As I set in car thinking he is in chair. Notice at 1:40pm. He sitting in front of dam door waiting for service. I got out car went inside asking my son you done. He replied no. Barber told him to wait cause he cutting another dude hair. Now iam old school I know Game he pull when comes to oh he just kid. Business starts and maintains with customers service. I would not advise anyone to get there hair cut by this form of unprofessionalism. And mindset of no matter what I still make money vibe. Update: Still the best barbershop in Duluth!Finally found a great barber since moving here almost 10 years ago! Twen is very professional, his work speaks for itself(look em up if you havent) and he is always on time. My son loves it here!

1 star comes from their lack of servicing customers who walk in. Communication is terrible. Just know that if you walk in and you have never been here you will wait a very long time to get a hair cut. You need to schedule a haircut from what I saw and heard to be seen when you walk in..otherwise bring a lunch, tent etc.Service: Haircut
