I was so impressed with the professionalism and honesty of the team we worked with at Cal-Tek. Our technician was so nice and easy to work with, and I would absolutely call them first for any needed appliance repairs.
My service guy was the best. He came out to repair my whirlpool dryer which is over 20 years old. Cost me less to repair than to buy new. I will call them for all my repairs. Thank you so much. Great to see someone taking pride in their job. Thanks again.
When the Fridge is down Caltek comes around! Fridge went out at night and Caltek came out first thing in the morning. The window was from 8AM - noon and they called to see if they could come early. For this instance we have taken them anytime! T.J. arrived 20 minutes early and had my fridge back running in no time. Fortunately we did not lose much. Polite, courteous, and professional.
