Kaitlin is THE BEST! She always makes sure I'm comfortable and I even have nice conversations with her to distract from the pain of waxing and she gave me water afterwards! The rest of the staff are very friendly and I will continue to come here!
Omg I love this establishment! At first I was thrown off because the pricing was too good to be true. But let me tell you they are the truth. Good quality wax is used, and hair grew back very slow. I wish they had stores on the west coast!
Let me state that I've never had anything of this sort done ever before. So, to say I was a bit nervous was an understatement. The most I did, at home, was my underarms and lower portion of my legs. So this was an eye-opening experience. A good one, though! Walk-ins are welcomed, but please note they may be booked and busy, so you might have to schedule an appointment for a later time or date, depending on what you're getting done. I decided to go all in and go for a full body wax despite friends recommending just a bikini since it can be painful. Surprisingly, it wasn't as painful as they made it sound.
