I absolutely love Dr. Susie Cha. She's very kind, courteous, and respectful. I especially appreciate that she takes the time to thoroughly explain the health of my eyes, informs me on what has changed (or not) compared to the previous year's exam, and the most beneficial next steps for my eye care. She genuinely cares and I love that about her, which is why I keep coming back and will always recommend her to those seeking an Optometrist. The entire staff is pleasantly kind and welcoming. You literally cannot leave Bethel Eyecare without a smile on your face, even if your vision in -5.50 ??

I had a 9:30 a.m. appointment at Bethel Eye Care, so I arrived 10 minutes early and had my eyes examined in less than 5 minutes. The young male assistant spoke Korean well and was very friendly, so my first impression was good. After completing the basic examination, Director Suji Cha will conduct a medical examination. I was amazed by the professionalism in helping patients relax by asking simple personal questions before starting the examination. I have been a patient here for years. Bethel Eyecare has always taken such great care of me and my family. The doctors and staff are so professional and helpful, plus the frames available are super high quality.
