Joyce was very professional and personal. she provided clear directions on what we needed to do for our retirement planning; budgeting, converting to Roth IRA, and so on. Even though we are in CA, we didn't have any problem communicating with her over video chat. I am glad we found her and received much needed knowledgeable advice.
