We have used Premier for many years at my parent’s home in McRae. The service has always been wonderful. Today our technician was Andrew & as always he did a professional job. He explained the problem he found when troubleshooting the unit & offered several repair options. He was very courteous & personable. The office staff was also very helpful & had our appointment for the repair made in a timely manner. I really appreciate the Tex messages letting me know which technician would be coming, along with a picture. Once Andrew arrived, he called me to let me know he was here. My parents A/C went out the day before Labor Day. So with temperatures at 86, inside a 1980's built house registered 92 that night. I tried to call Premier that Sunday but the phone continued to ring. I called Monday and the agent confirmed a on call we will return the call within 30 minutes call and let me know they would be here by 2.That was at 11 he was on time, and had a AC working within 30 minutes. Thank you for your help Jerry Barlow. Enjoy Labor Day.
